- Sailing is a sport that besides to practising a good physical activity in close contact with nature, allows the development of personality and of character. On a sailing boat living together with other people is not always easy: in few square meters you have to leave with other people of same age, learning to put aside one’s needs in order to respect the group’s necessities.
- On a sailing boat the type of life you conduct is rather simple, and first of all you learn to respect the others, and anyone learns a sense of responsibility towards oneself and the others.
- On a well organised sailing boat you learn to listen and decipher whether reports and consequently the rout to follow, also taking into account the direction of the wind and of the chosen route.
- Another very important aspect is the fixing of the shifts at the helm, both at night and during the day, and learn how to keep the rout, constantly checking with a GPS the point.
- There is then the excitement and the fear of the first moorage, that you make when you arrive in the harbour, where you have to choose the exact point where you want to drop anchor, taking into account the direction of the wind, currents and deepness, or in the harbour where you have to make a series of manoeuvres often complicated ones in dockings crowded with other boats.
- On board you also learn how to calculate consumptions of gasoline but, above all, of sweet water, using the quantity strictly necessary
to have a shower and cook, and never be left without.
- You learn how to manage the galley and how to cook. Every single mistake in the conduction of the boat can have disastrous consequences on the whole group. Then an excellent school of life.
- But sailing is not only fatigue and responsibility, it is first of all fun, goliardery, close contact with the sea, wind and above all nature.
- Wile you are sailing it can happen that you meet a group of dolphins, or to observe a flock of fish or simply to admire a wonderful sunset, in the silence of an isolated bay.
- Not to mention the physical benefit that a young boy/girl can have from the activity one encounters when on board of a sailing boat.

Our two weeks cruises include the following stops: Capri, Ischia, Procida, Ventotene, Ponza e Palmarola.
For each stop there will be guided tours on land in places relevant both from a naturist point of view then from an historical and archaeological point of view.

The morning will be dedicated to a lesson of theoretical sailing, of marine biology and a briefing, followed from a navigation towards the next stop.
The afternoon will be left free for possible excursions with a guide.
The evening there will be a second lesson of theory, during which there will be an evaluation of the navigation of the day.

Cruises will be made with sailing boats with cabins, from Jeanneau/Bavaria shipyard, with 6-10 berths, and length between 10 and 15 meters.
Each boat has enough space for the crew and their guests, both at day and at night, has refrigerators so one can store food and prepare it and can be eaten both on deck and below deck. Each berth has 3 or 4 cabins each with 2 beds. Each boat has also 1 or 2 bath rooms with hot and cold water, all the latest equipment including tender with a engine, dining table on deck, outside shower, linen, blankets and pillows.
All boats will be for the exclusive use of the youngsters.

Meals will be prepared and consumed on board of the boats by the skipper with the valid help of the young guests who, in turn, have the responsibility of the kitchen and of the supplies.
Breakfast: milk, orange juice, cereals, biscuits, butter and jam
Lunch: pasta salad, rice salad, raw cured Italian meat, cheeses and fruit
Dinner: first course, normally pasta with a variety of sauces, eggs, meats, fish and fruit.

Professional skippers with 10 years experience in the sector, with proper license to conduct sailing boats of up to 24 meters, with excellent knowledge of the navigation places both on land and at sea (with good knowledge of the flora and fauna typical of the areas, and an in depth knowledge of all local places of a relevant archaeological and historical sites); they are also very good cooks, experienced divers and certified lifesavers.
